Upgrade your code by 31 March to use sessions in Qiskit Runtime

In the near future, we are changing how sessions are started within Qiskit Runtime. After 31 March, starting a session by using the /jobs endpoint will no longer be supported. Upgrade to qiskit-ibm-runtime version 0.20.0 or later, or qiskit-ibm-provider version 0.10.0 or later. If you are calling the API directly, use the /sessions endpoint instead.
