Today, we're releasing two new 27Q exploratory Falcon r5 systems - ibm_hanoi, ibm_cairo. These systems have achieved QV64 using:
- Faster CNOT gates
- Improved readout
- Dynamical decoupling
- Mapping via binary integer programming
- Pulse-efficient SU(4) decomposition
