Reminder for 15 January: upcoming service interruption during database migration

The first part of our previously communicated maintenance was performed successfully on 8 January.

On 15 January, we will proceed with the second part of this planned maintenance. Between 9am and 2pm ET, you can expect similar service interruptions:

• All QPUs will be unavailable. You will not be able to submit jobs or retrieve job results.
• IBM Quantum Platform will be unavailable, including applications like Learning and the Admin Dashboard. However, Documentation will be available by directly navigating to docs.quantum.ibm.com.
