Bases: Gate

The global phase gate (eiθe^{i\theta}).

Can be applied to a QuantumCircuit

Mathematical Representation:

GlobalPhaseGate =(eiθ)\text{GlobalPhaseGate}\ = \begin{pmatrix} e^{i\theta} \end{pmatrix}

Return the number of qubits.

return instruction params.

Get the time unit of duration.
