Return DriveChannel for qubit on the active builder backend.

Examples:

backend = FakeOpenPulse2Q()
 
with pulse.build(backend):
    assert pulse.drive_channel(0) == pulse.DriveChannel(0)

Note

Requires the active builder context to have a backend set.
